Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. High order volumes or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery is normally 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary by location, courier delays and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Applicable duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Confirmation and Tracking

Where available, shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Address

Please provide an accurate, complete address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Additional charges may apply if an order must be re-delivered because the supplied address was incorrect or incomplete.

Damage or Loss

EasyShop is not liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. Contact the carrier promptly and retain the goods and original packaging when making a claim.
